Agency disclaimer

We are a ski holiday booking agency. Your request is matched with available partner options, and confirmation is subject to availability.

Partner suppliers set their own conditions for transfers, lift passes, ski school, and cancellation. Rate details and final totals depend on supplier terms at confirmation time.

  • Bookings depend on live date availability.
  • Partner terms apply to every service line.
  • Totals are confirmed with suppliers before you proceed.

Booking request

Send your ski holiday details. We will pass them to a partner and come back with options based on availability.

Please note: Snowvalerian is a booking agency, not the supplier. Partner terms apply to every booking, and availability plus final pricing are confirmed at confirmation time.

Request details

No spam. 1 reply.

Help and responsiveness

Before we confirm availability, here is how our booking requests are handled, what we may ask you to clarify, and what to expect next.

Reply timing

We aim to respond quickly after you send your request. If your dates are flexible, let us know, and we will use that flexibility to find suitable options.

Clarifications we may ask

  • Number of travelers and ski level.
  • Preferred resort area, room type, and any must-have transfers.
  • Your budget range and whether you want more time on slope or more time in town.

Agency terms, availability, and totals

We are a booking agency. Partner supplier terms apply to your chosen dates and package. Availability can change by the time your request is confirmed.

Your final total depends on partner supplier costs at confirmation time, while our agency service fee is quoted and confirmed separately.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules vary by supplier and by the rate type you choose. We will share the applicable conditions during confirmation.

If you are booking a ski holiday, include your target month and any “must not miss” dates. We can often narrow options faster when we know what “best value” means for you.
