1. Who provides the tourism services

Snowvalerian acts as a ski-holiday booking agency. The actual travel services (transport, accommodation, ski passes and other components) are provided by partner suppliers (tour operators, hotels, transfers, and other service providers) subject to their terms and availability. Your booking may be confirmed only when a partner supplier confirms the availability.

Before you enter into a contract, we provide reliable and clear information identifying the tourism service provider/agent and the licensing/authorization status where applicable: Закон України "Про туризм", Стаття 19-1. Інформування споживачів про умови надання туристичних послуг.

2. Booking request, confirmation, and contract terms

When you submit a booking request through this site, you request Snowvalerian to arrange travel services with a partner supplier. A final contract becomes effective upon confirmation by the relevant supplier and/or upon booking issuance as communicated to you.

For consumer-distance contracting, key contract terms and information are presented to you on the landing page and during the booking flow so you can make an informed decision and exercise consumer rights. 3. Price, fees, and transparency

Prices shown on this site reflect the information available to us at the time of display. The final price for your booking depends on partner supplier availability and the selected travel components. Any service/agency fees, mandatory add-ons, and included/excluded items (to the extent provided by partner suppliers) are communicated to you before confirmation.

4. Cancellation, changes, and refunds

Cancellation terms, change conditions, and refund handling depend on the booking type and the partner supplier’s policies. We will apply the supplier’s cancellation/refund rules to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific booking conditions.

Because partners may impose their own restrictions (for example, non-refundable rates), the availability of refunds and the amount refunded may vary by supplier and product. If you need to cancel or change your booking, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Service limitations and operational constraints

Ski-trip schedules, transfers, accommodation arrangements, and other details may be adjusted by partner suppliers for operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes when we receive such information.

6. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snowvalerian is not responsible for failures or delays caused by partner suppliers, third parties, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Information language

Service information provided to consumers is available in the Ukrainian (state) language at least to the mandatory extent required by Ukrainian language law: Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної".

8. Privacy, cookies, and electronic communications

If this site uses cookies or other trackers that collect or process personal data, consent or another lawful basis is used as required, and required privacy information about processing purposes is provided. Legal basis: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".
